In the summer of 1988, the Schneider’s held their first fish fry at Rolling Knolls Golf Club. As it became a family tradition they also added their signature hamburgers, chicken strips sandwiches, and their delicious Prime Rib.They became a place where everyone came together to enjoy great food with friends and family. The same recipes and quality food conceived in 1988 are still there today at the Golf Club of Illinois.
