Today’s post (#29 of 31) covers the traditional English folk song, “Greensleeves”.  This selection is from an album titled “Christmas at Your House” that I recorded in 2005 with my great friend, Charlie Prazma. This instrumental features Charlie playing a classical guitar and Sara Vettraino playing violin. Enjoy the photo collage which accompanies this piece (many thanks to Eian O’Brien for producing). 

Charlie and I performed together as a musical duo, known as “Avalanche”, for over 30 years. Charlie played guitar (acoustic and electric), mandolin, piano and was a fabulous vocalist. We loved singing and playing and performing together. Side note: Charlie was also the BEST joke teller on the planet. Just ask anyone who knew him! Charlie passed away unexpectedly in 2012, leaving a huge hole in all of our hearts. It is to his memory that I dedicate this song.
